TreeHouse has been a long-standing client of Bill Wolfson Commercial. BWC recently had the opportunity to consult and advise this non-profit organization on how to maximize their financial position by selling their Brooklyn Park location, and leasing back one of the buildings. This allowed the community oriented program to continue its outreach without disruption. TreeHouse programs are designed to meet social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs of at-risk teens. They help bring hope to hurting youth and families, which leads to life transformation. TreeHouse provides mentoring and a safe environment for teens to receive support, guidance and practical skill in making better choices today to live as healthy adults tomorrow.
