Over the last year, Bill Wolfson Commercial is proud to have had the opportunity to provide Tenant Representation services for Secondhand Hounds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, animal rescue. This amazing organization provides safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for animals at risk, while working hard to find permanent, loving homes. Secondhand Hounds is relocating to a newly built 14,000 sf suite in Baker Technology Plaza, at 5959 Baker Rd, in Minnetonka. This new site will provide state of the art accommodations for this ever-growing animal rescue.
