We worked with the Nolan Property Group to help facilitate due diligence, sale and subsequent redevelopment. The current site is now home to a beautiful new building and state-of-the-art Starbucks with a drive-thru. A drive-thru coffee retailer was much needed in this market and with significant investment of time and capital the project has come to fruition.
