The development of “The Waters of Excelsior” is a great example of the value we bring to clients and the communities we serve.  We worked closely with Jay Jensen, Senior Vice President of Development, by consulting on how to approach this project and develop the proper relationships with the city staff, council and community.

 

The end result was the approval and development of a high quality, 115 unit senior living project.  Bill’s consultative approach, experience with the municipal process and his involvement in the market and community were important pieces of this project's success.
