A long-term project yields success for existing and new tenants
The redevelopment of the NW corner of 66th and Penn in Richfield from an old multi-tenant retail center to a new CVS Pharmacy ground lease development was managed and orchestrated by Bill Wolfson over the course of almost 3 years.
This process included real estate brokers, a development company and the city of Richfield's planning and economic development staff. The uniqueness here is that we needed to keep the existing property cashflow and tenant base in place while working toward a deal and subsequent municipal approvals.
