Bill Wolfson Commercial had the opportunity to provide sales and marketing services to the Delaria’s, owners of the real estate and Kentucky Fried Chicken business in Wayzata, MN for over 50 years.  The property was listed with a discreet approach to be considerate of the operating business, which was open up until the time of sale. During the marketing process several users and developers considered the site .

 

We ultimately found the perfect fit with Nolan Property Group. We helped them through the negotiation, due diligence, sale and subsequent redevelopment. The site is now a beautiful multi-tenant building with one tenant being Starbucks, with a coveted drive-thru.
