Bill Wolfson Commercial is great at tenant representation and loves working with non-profits. In this case we were able to do both. BWC recently had the opportunity to provide Tenant Representation services for Secondhand Hounds a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, animal rescue founded in 2009 with a relocation and expansion project. 

 

Leasing services included research, site selection, determining a reasonable timeline, input on build out & lease negotiation for the 14,000 SF suite at 5959 Baker Rd, in Minnetonka.  This suite at Baker Technology Plaza provides a state of the art facility for this amazing organization to provide safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for animals at risk, while working hard to find permanent, loving homes.
